Because of Ortiz & Zamora’s experience with public entities and schools, the firm’s attorneys often are requested as presenters/trainers on topics ranging from equal employment and civil rights law to cutting edge topics in employment, civil rights, and education law. For example, Ortiz & Zamora has been a presenter at conferences for the Northern New Mexico Human Resources Association, the New Mexico School Boards Association, the Southeastern New Mexico Educators Regional Conference, the New Mexico Coalition of School Administrators, and the New Mexico Public Education Department’s Leadership Training Institute. Furthermore, as a part of their representation, Ortiz & Zamora regularly provide training to its board clients, as well as to municipal and school staff on the range of general litigation topics.
